My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room was beautifully decorated with pink balloons, swan towels, and lovely treats like pink macaroons and red wine - they even had a heartfelt greeting card for our anniversary. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service, from greeting to concierge, was impeccable, but the dining options were a bit limited. The location was excellent, within easy reach of GBK and the center of Jakarta. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
